Account Level Principle Entity ID Addition [SMS Panel]

Since the implementation of DLT by operators across India, the mapping of Entity ID to your usernames has become mandatory by Moplet as well.

Once you receive the EntityID from the Operator (it usually takes 24-48 hours), you can go ahead with this ID to add it in the Moplet portal as well.

Entity ID can be added at the account level with the below steps.

On the SMS Panel platform, you can easily do this by following the below steps:

1. To Edit existing Header (Sender Id)

Kindly login to your SMS panel and go to settings section >> Sender Id >> Action >> Add your DLT PE (Entity) Id against each of your Header (Sender Id).

2. To Add a new Header (Sender Id)

Kindly login to your SMS panel and go to settings section >> Add Sender Id >> Select Country >> Add PE (Entity) Id (in case you want to send SMS to India) >> Add DLT approved Sender Id >> Click on Submit.
