Message restrictions

Please be informed that Operators in Malaysia has tightened the rules and penalties whereby all traffic must include company name/brand/identity in the SMS content, else penalty might be imposed by the operator.

Adult content is not allowed.
Political content is not allowed.
Religious content is not allowed.
Gambling content is not allowed.
Racial content is not allowed.

Please note that "RM 0.00 " (with a space after the last 0) may be added to message bodies. This is done to inform end users that they were not charged to receive this message. If you have not added this to your message body, the operator will automatically add it and may compromise the maximum length of your SMS.
