Message restrictions | Mobile operators prohibit sending virtual currency-related content. You must have a license from the State Bank of Vietnam to send finance-related content using Sender ID. |
Domestic* Clients: This refers to clients requesting for messaging services within the country they are based out of. Example: Vietnamese client, requesting for termination of messages toward their Vietnamese audience.
International** Clients: This refers to clients requesting for messaging services outside the country they are based out of. Example: Indian client, requesting for termination of messages toward their Vietnamese audience.
