Domestic* Clients: This refers to clients requesting for messaging services within the country they are based out of. Example: Kenyan client, requesting for termination of messages toward their Kenyan audience.

International** Clients: This refers to clients requesting for messaging services outside the country they are based out of. Example: Indian client, requesting for termination of messages toward their Kenyan audience.

***Certificate of Incorporation: It is the registration certificate or articles of incorporation or corporate charter (depends on the jurisdiction), which is a legal document relating to the formation of a company or entity and to show existence of a legitimate company/entity. Any official document can be used. It is important to show the enterprise behind a specific sender id request is a legitimate business.
