UAE has a specific pre-registration process, that needs to be done prior to being able to execute messages towards their end customers.

As per the new regulations, all customers must create an account on the CMS portal for adding their senders. Please find below the process steps and documents involved in creating the CMS account:
Domestic* Clients:
Customer: Fill application form for the CMS portal (see attached)Customer: Fill out the party details sheet (see attached )
The CMS team will validate the forms and create the account accordingly.
Once verification is successful the account will be created and the credentials of the new CMS account will be sent to the customer´s email given in the application form.

International** Clients: This refers to clients requesting for messaging services outside the country they are based out of. Example: Indian client, requesting for termination of messages toward their UAE audience.
